She goes above and beyond to make sure our account is taken care of and is the sweetest customer service representative you could ever deal with!   I've been with The Chris Burns Agency for many years! Kristi, Brandy and the entire team have always taken great care of my insurance needs. The insurance is very affordable, they are prompt in addressing any issues that arise and are very easy to work with! I highly recommend this group!!

  In my experience with Chris Burns office, the end product is excellent. Brandy was especially helpful with her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile, to ensure that I was taken care of. It’s people like this, that give me the peace of mind that I expect from an insurance company. Definitely a life long customer and I will recommend them to all of my friends.

  I use this office for my flood insurance. Last year when my home took in 4 feet of water during Harvey, Chris himself came out with Erin to meet with the adjuster. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They walked me through the process step by step. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for any type of insurance!
