Also, he is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with our system. I will be calling him every time! (Hopefully, it won't be too often)

I have an old unit, Carlos has never pushed a new unit on me. He has come back multiple times and just replaced what has given out. I will never use anyone else as long as I live in the area.
