(July 28, 2019, 10:52 pm)I came in for the 1st time and I was in a rush! Jack was very understanding and help my experience be the best it can be by providing me with extremely fast service! There is a lady with a blond ponytail named alexa who is very polite and has a very welcoming smile but Sushi was fresh and fantastic! I had the Mexican roll but I am looking forward to coming back and trying out the SALMON!

(June 9, 2019, 3:29 pm)Food was excellent and staff was great. Checkout process was awkward. It is on a mobile device and the server just stands there while you select the tip and sign on the device. You don't get to see your detailed receipt until you pay and they bring you a copy of the final receipt. Would be a 5 star if not for the check out.

(May 29, 2019, 10:06 pm)Sapporo is one of my favorites. I havent had a bad experience. The food is always fresh. I'm super picky when it comes to Sushi and I can fairly say that this is better than any place I've tried in the Woodlands. The customer service is awesome. Pricing is standard. There are many food options and the more popular dishes have unique touches .the calamari sauce for example.. it's not typical but absolutely delicious.
