(May 3, 2019, 8:56 pm)I am so happy to say that while I was looking for an outlet to exercise without admitting my size was ever a concern I stumbled across trapeze yoga, and to clarify, I had previously broken my back over 10 years ago and have accepted living in pain over any addictions to pharmaceuticals, I thought “I don’t have the body for yoga, but I got some strength and USED to be active’” So after my first class which was a one on one, I felt first exhausted, twisted, stretched, and that’s from a lazy person, smart but lazy! But after a few classes I realized I had no back pain, for the first time that I could remember, and what ever it has changed I turned back on my bodies fat burning capabilities and currently down over 30 pounds.
I’m actually motivated to drive across town for class as schedules allow.
