  Was very impressed with the honesty and great job that was done on my place. Got a puppy a yr ago and took a toll on my carpet. However PGS was able to not only clean the carpet. But made it look and smell brand new for a very reasonable price. Will be using them in the future for sure. Thanks PGS !

  Scheduled company to come out for an estimate on tiles and grout cleaning. Technicians came out and was very polite. They were very knowledgeable and was honest on what needed to be done and what didn't. Scheduled them to come back out another day to clean the tiles and grout. They did an amazing job on the tiles and grout. After service, the tiles and grout looks much brighter. I would definitely go through them again for future service.

  What a wonderful experience ! I hired Progeneral service to clean my carpets and tile floor . They showed up on time , their staff is neat and professional and they worked fast . My carpets and tile look amazing and my house smells great ! I will most definitely use them again in the future .

  I want to share with everybody my wonderful experience and how ProGeneralService – Victoria, Mike and Anton saved me from a rip off job. Background: I called a “Greensheet” ad for a remodeler looking for somebody to lay laminate and ceramic tile in a Harvey house that I was remodeling. “AJ” arrived promising a 2 day turnaround, showed photos, beat competitors prices, expert crew, pay on completion yada, yada, yada. Skip forward for the sake of space : 2 weeks went by, only had a straight saw, could not cut around doors, damaged my remodelers trim job to make their job easier, beer bottles left everywhere, scratched floors, NIGHTLY (10pm -2AM) crying for money (to my regret I paid half to get rid of them), no tools, no skill or knowledge to cut other than a straight line, did not lay vapor barrier (though they used it for their knees), did not use underlayment, used my NEW toilets as a horse to cut tile – cracked 2, did not pick up rocks or level floors, no regards to new paint job, did not clean up grout when layed leaving new tile covered in dried grout, they started on 2 directions of the floor and were several inches off in the dining room. Everything that went wrong did go wrong. After many calls to other contractors, broken appointments, contractors not wanting to touch the job, contractors that did not walk the job I finally realized ProGeneralService was the best for the job. Why? They walked the entire job, it wasn’t a 2 minute sales job. They really looked at the situation. Anton saw things I did not see and pointed out solutions. Wow, I couldn’t believe what I had in front of me. Spring break came and I was in Florida, during this time I was able to arrange from 700 miles away the completion of my floor job and save the disaster that I had in front of me. I was in communication with Victoria the whole time. She understood my concerns and worked with me when she can but stressed that her workers will not cut corners nor give a substandard job. The owner, Mike arrived at the job site twice while I was there and once when I was in Florida. He listened to my issues with the prior contractor and how I was swindled. One piece of advice that he gave, ”anybody can show photos of a floor, if they don’t have insurance they are not a legitimate company.” Good advice. What I got from ProGeneralService was a fair price for exceptional results. I wish I called ProGeneralService first. Beware of the “Harvey” demo crews left behind with little to no skill, let them go home…call ProGeneralService. I really, really, really wish I did. I can’t say enough on how they saved me from a disastrous flooring job.

  We have 5 dogs and they've all had their share of accidents, our carpet looked like leopard skin because of how many spots we had. And the house smelling was a constant battle.
  They were so helpful and they work quick! Our floors havnet looked this good since we moved in 12 years ago! I'm not embarrassed to have people come over anymore! And none of our spots have come back. I can exercise in the living room withought smelling the gross carpet, my feet aren't black from walking on the tile anymore. I can be barefoot in my house again!
