“I went in with a "buy 3, get 3 free" from HEB. I picked 3 different kolaches I wanted to try and got a second of each...total 6. These ranged in price from $2 -$3.50. When I got the bill it did not take 1/2 off. I asked about that and the clerk said it takes the lowest 3 off.. It did not say anything on the coupon to that effect so I was upset as she had already run my cc. She said it would take 10 minutes to correct and I could take just a seat. Well, GRRR! I then just asked her to void the sale altogether and return my coupn. After a few minutes the manager asked me to come over to another register. I explained the situation and she said I could have a refund, have it adjusted or better, she said she'd rather me have the kolaches, than not. So she filled my order and offered me some free kolaches of my choice. It seemed more than fair to me so I thanked her and told her we were regulars...but only after she (Connie) filled a box of yummies for me. This is the first and only time I've had a bad experience and was ready to steam up and they totally did the first rate customer service thing to do. I would have to say that they are totally customer centric. Nobody should lose a customer over a $2 (retail) item and if you just talk to them, they will probably make it right and then some.”

“What a great staff at the Magnolia Tractor supply. Dwayne took in my 6 month old Cub Cadet with an engine problem and replaced it with a brand new one. Thank goodness my neighbor across the street told me what the caused it to go bad. Not Me. Which helped me explain what caused the problem when I took it in. If you smell gas while it is sitting still, DO NOT try to start it. Neighbor said it could blow up.”

“February 2019 This was painless! All work and follow up inspections were completed as stated. Steven, Luis and Gabe arrived, removed old equipment and installed new. Those three were in and out, up and down stairs and squeezed into the tight attic. The care taken to cover the floors where their paths would be was exceptional. And at the end of the day the clean up was impeccable. Luis, Gabe and Steve were on a mission and no time was wasted. When they left it was as if no one had been here. All I know is that I had heat and AC flowing well and my home was comfortable once more. Thanks to Matt and Skylar for inspections. The Bradbury Brothers have certainly outdone themselves in putting together a great team! I would not hesitate to recommend BB to all my friends and family. Thanks for a job well done!
