I called Guy's and set up an appointment estimated before 5 that evening, it wasn't even an hour later a technician showed up. He was able to diagnosis the problem, buy the part, and fix it before my original quoted time. My house is so warm now I'm shredding layers. The price is very reasonable and the technicians are fast and have the answers right there! If I would've known it was that simple I would've called Guy's sooner. “Love DG, but they need to fix their prices. It shouldn't cost a different amount for something at a different location unless it's a sale or clearance. Example: boxes of thin mints is $1.50 at one location but that same box is 1.85 at another location 5 minutes away! What gives? Other than that love the place.”
