(June 28, 2023, 8:56 am)At the drive thru I was asked to wait before being able to place my order, I patiently waited for approximately 5 min, but noticed a line of about 4 vehicles had formed behind me so I called out to see if I could order and was asked to wait again. It took them about 10 min to take my order. The service could have been better.

(May 29, 2023, 1:27 pm)In here on Memorial Day studying and before I even came up here, I called to check their hours. Phone was answered on the 2nd ring. The person on the phone was so polite and helpful. Then after I got here, I see how busy they are. It made the phone call being answered that much better! I’ve worked retail before, and it can be difficult to address not only all of the customers in front of you, but also to be sure and take care of the ones calling. I also wanted to say that Cat deserves a raise! I haven’t even ordered anything quite yet, but noticed she is attentive to every customer who walks in, and then just extra nice and helpful to customers. From the register, to making drinks, to ensuring the mobile orders are being taken care of. All of the workers on this shift are working hard today! Great job!
