This place will help you a lot if you are in pain. The prices are incredibly affordable and the people are nice. As soon as you walk through that door you will feel welcomed and relaxed. You can also schedule massages here with Brandon and they are amazing. I highly recommend it if you have pain anywhere, specially back pain from driving a lot. They will not only help you but teach you how you can help yourself at home as well.

Trigger Point has been life changing for me!
Prior to finding TPS - I visited numerous chiropractors and orthopedic surgeons and only got temporary relief resulting in having to take pain killers almost daily. After only a couple of sessions with Brandon, my pain is nearly gone and my need for pain killers has gone from 7 days a week to maybe 1 day every two weeks. I highly highly recommend TPS to anyone on the fence.

I have been to TP twice now. Dr. Towers, the chiropractor, worked on my lower body and some of my back today (as a dancer, these areas tend to get very tight). Although the massage and stretch techniques that Dr. Towers used had me sweating and wincing the whole time, my quads and hips are feeling more relaxed and opened up than basically… ever. Highly recommend!

After having problems with a pinched nerve in my neck that was radiating pain into my arms, I had an appointment with Jesse scheduled to try and get some relief. I felt better almost instantly when he began working on me. Jesse was able to loosen up a lot of my tension in my neck and back, almost removing all of the pain I had. I have no more pain radiating into my arms and can actually move around without extreme discomfort now. I would highly recommend anyone having problems with soreness, tension, or anything else to schedule a visit here at Trigger Point. Thank you again!

I could sing the praises of Trigger Point Stretch Studio all day long!

I started to use the services of the studio in January of 2021, and within the past three months, the mobility in my shoulders and my hips has improved significantly.

I highly recommend the stretch sessions for anyone and everyone. I attribute not only my improved squat and bench press to Trigger Point therapy sessions with Brandon, but also the decreased experience of general aches and pains.

The facility is super clean and well put together, and the staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. This was one of the best investments in my health and well-being that I could have made for this year.
