  We did our due diligence before engaging a pool builder and got 3 quotes from different builders. Advice to anybody thinking of building a pool: get multiple quotes - the difference in pricing will blow you away!
  Anyways, we settled on awarding the business to Eddie at All Star Pools because we felt that his approach was very personable and very focused on getting us the pool we wanted with no shortcuts and always paying attention to every detail ! And he was very cost effective !
  The process from initial contact to finalizing the design to accepting the bid was very quick and painless. What is also important to point out is that despite being cost effective, he does not cut corners and has access to the best subcontractors in the business !
  Between him and Jack, they have everything covered at all times and are very accessible and responsive via phone, email or text messages.
  The pool build took 7 weeks from dig to fill - but I have to point out that the custom coping and decking took 3 weeks alone given the detail work required to create the look to make it match the rest of the house.
  So, overall, I can recommend Eddie and All Star Pools to anybody wanting to build a quality pool that doesn't cost and arm and a leg !

  We decided to add a pool to the backyard in the spring of 2013. I have friends that have had horrific experiences with pool builders (one that was not properly graded so hard rains ran into the house, another that was left unfinished and ran with the money, another that was finished poorly and looked terrible) so we were careful. My wife thoroughly researched many local pool builders and selected three to provide a quote. It wasn’t long before we realized that All Star Pools was the preferred choice based on their willingness to create a pool that suited us, not just a “cookie-cutter” design. When he offered a competitive quote, the choice was easy.
  
  This may be the first review I have ever posted online. I feel compelled to leave a review because of the level of satisfaction we feel with our pool. Every time we asked for changes or something unusual (waterfall all down the far side, shape modifications, a rounded back on the spa, etc.) Eddie would just smile and remind us that he was custom pool builder. Eddie told us that he only used the best crews for the construction and indeed, they were amazing. The various crews that dug the hole, installed the rebar, ran the plumbing lines and electrical, sprayed the gunite, applied the pebble topcoat and installed the deck (pebble and flagstone) were fun to watch because of their efficiency and quality of their execution. The best crew of all may have been the artists that took 12 tons of Arkansas stone and created the waterfall that was even better than we had hoped–it is just one of the features that all of our guests are impressed by.
  
  Now, almost five years later, we are just as happy with the pool as day one. The pool has functioned exceptionally well with only minor issues (high temp switch changed out in the heater, Harvey flooded the fire pit).
  
  I can call Eddie today and he remembers me and is always happy to help. I can honestly say I recommend Eddie and All Star Pools without reservation.

  Terrific people and care. From Jeaneen who sold us, Eddie who owns it, Jack who runs much of it, to the different crews who worked on it; we received excellent and personalized service. The final product is stunning. We had not had a pool in many years. We did not realize how far they have come in ease of maintenance. Great work, Folks.

  For those who are looking into starting a new pool and/or spa project, this company is absolutely wonderful! We could honestly tell they all had our best interests in mind. They had a high level of professionalism, communicated often, and were readily available for questions/concerns. We loved the fact that they weren’t trying to “sell us”. They were genuine and honest and that was very important to us. Thank you, All Star Custom Pools, for our amazing new pool! Eddie, Jeanine and Jack, you were an absolute joy to work with!
  
  We are very happy with our finished project and would highly recommend All Star Custom Pools to our family, neighbors, and friends!

  This review comes 3 months after completion. We requested 4 quotes for a pool and not only was Allstar the most informative on all options, Eddie was very patient with our needs, and they were, by far, the lowest quote . Best choice we could have made. It took 4 weeks to compete our pool, spa, and kitchen and our time frame would have been shorter if not for our MUD flushing the lines the week we needed to fill. The building process with Jack went smoothly, always in direct communication after every day of work about the next steps to come. I can't say enough about how great and seamless an experience it has been adding a pool to our home with Allstar!
