Total time for arranging a change of status for my working visa was less than 2 months for the entire process (from the start of the preparation to having received the notice letter). This was with an expedited procedure, which speeded things up, but still.
I was impressed with his expertise and experience with immigration laws. He will give you his honest opinion on how he sees your chances for getting approved and is not taking chances. I will be back to discuss my options for getting a green card shortly.
