    I always have a great experience when I come in. I have been using this location since they opened and have never even seen anyone being rude to customers. The wait to sell is always longer than they say but you can see them working right there so that's not an issue. I will definitely be returning time and time again to buy and sell! ????????

    Melissa is awesome at getting you in and out at a good pace! Guys its gonna be busy and a little chaotic...its a kids store so be patient and do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Treat others the way you wouuld like to be treated and things will go smoothly here. These girls deal with angry moms all day and TONS of laundry...Casey is another good sport! They work really hard to get the job done in a really tight schedule. I buy and sell all the time on a daily basis so they KNOW me lol. Great bunch! Thank God for Woodlands Once Upon A Child!!!!

    Came here for the first time the other day! Great selections! Great prices! I needed help finding some items for my kids, and the customer service was amazing one of the young ladies Nicole helped me and she was super helpful and patient helped me find all the things I needed! Definitely will be back!!

    Great selection of kids clothing. Sold items and was offered a fair price. They explained the process and told me about how the prices they offer vary on the brands etc. (it was my first time selling). I like that they offer cash on the spot, not consignment. The process was quick as I only had one basket. I shopped while they sorted through my items and enjoyed the organization of items. The staff was friendly- I will be back.
