  We had our big screen TV starting to show dead pixels. I called Excell and told Dinorah the problem. She new right away what the problem was and ordered the part. Once the part arrived, she sent the repair tech's to our house with the part and Fernando and Esteban went to work and replaced the chip. Although they had to come back and align the chip to fit the projection on the screen, the service, professionalism and prompt response were first class. I would definitely recommend Excell. Dinorah, Fernando and Esteban were a pleasure to work with and they are very customer friendly. Would give more stars if I could.

  Excell came to my house 2 weeks ago to repair my two year old 70" Samsung TV. They were professional and polite, and quickly identified what the problem was. For the service that was provided I felt the price was fair. They replaced the main board on the TV and had it in stock so they were able to get it working on the spot.

  I highly recommend Excel Electronics Service Center! They have excellent pricing, skilled technicians, and wonderful customer support. This is a family run business and they will treat you like family. While waiting on a part to ship in order to complete the repair, they even brought over a loaner television so that we would have a television over the holidays. Incredible!

  A father and son team came out to fix my Sony XBR65X930D and did a great job. They were very respectful. I would recommend them in the future.

(281) 363-3134. Friendly, quick responding service. I was unable to transport my tv, so they promptly came by, diagnosed it on-site and picked it up. It took a couple of days longer than was initially stated, but I believe this was due to delays in getting a part. Repair price was reasonable for an expensive tv.
