(January 29, 2019, 3:49 pm)I searched around for awhile to figure out what I wanted to do to my truck as well as who's help I would want installing everything. After speaking to quite a few shops It was easy to choose WPS. They are not a pushy sales shop, they suggest only the best products for you (not the most expensive but best for what you want and need). Dana actually suggested I call the manufacturer to see what they would recommend was best for my application. Most of the all the customer service is top notch. I ended up get a Carli 2.5 level for my truck which was back ordered. Dana would call and keep me posted on estimated what time. She called when the parts where shipped. She scheduled me in right before Xmas not only for the installation but also to get the truck aligned after instal. When they installed the parts I got a picture of it taken apart. I got a picture of all the parts. I got photos and communication every step along the way. And when its was all done I got to come back in and get a re torque on all the bolts to make sure everything was correct.
The gist of it is I can not speak highly enough of WPS. If you have something you want done and you want it done right this is best place around.

(March 31, 2016, 6:22 pm)I have been looking for a reliable repair shop since I move here 3 months ago, now I have found one. They were awesome and showed me everything that needed attention on my car without making anything up. Dropped it off and had several repairs made over one day. Dealt with everyone in the office at some point and they were all great. Jeremy called me a few times to let me know how the service was going and when they couldn't get the bearing off without damaging the cv shaft they gave it to me at cost. Will be taking my car here as long as I live in the area.
