I have been going to him for a little over a month and the definition in my legs and arms is crazy. He is exactly what I need him to be when I need it. If I need a drill sergeant on one day he is it and if I need a kinder approach because being a single parent and working 60 hours a week at work can be hard on any person. He is the best and the fact that he brings his dog Bentley with him is the best touch. Go and get the best body of your life with Vaughn and you will see what I see.....results.
