She not only knows and understands the fitness aspect but very knowledgeable on the nutritional side as well. She is the total package, works with your goals and what works for you. Breanne is energetic, professional, sassy, a true mentor, coach, and advocate to live a better quality of life. She walks the walk and pushes me to be a better person. Truly the best!!

(January 14, 2019, 1:07 pm)I was dealing with some health issues and doctors who never seemed to try very hard to figure out what was going on when Breanne was recommended to me. Working with her on exercise and nutrition over the past year, my overall health has definitely improved. Although I am still not where I would like to be, I really appreciate the fact that every week she asks me how I'm feeling and continues to make suggestions for things to try so that I can feel better.

Breanne takes the time to understand what I want to achieve and puts together a plan! Over the past 18 months, I have lost inches, body fat percentage but have gained confidence and a great friend!
If you're looking to make changes, then Hope & Faith Fitness is the place for you! Breanne is very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and keeps you honest with your goals! I look forward to the days that I train with Breanne and can't wait to achieve my next set of goals!
