I searched for a female Dr. for my four Granddaughters, after their Father was told to never bring the girls back to their original Pediatrician. The Harmony location was perfect and so was Dr. Crystal Broussard. My Son and I liked Dr. Crystal so much that we asked to see her as our Dr. as well. We absolutely love everything about her and she literally saved my 17 year old Granddaughters life. Thank you Dr. Crystal, Amber and Sabrina, you have really helped me and my Family through some very tough times. ????♥️
Excellent experience. We were in and out on a Friday morning with no wait although there were at least 4 other parties in the waiting area when we arrived. We were unsure if Emergency Room services were needed or if the Urgent Care side would be enough to check out our toddler. They were gracious enough to speak with a doctor when we arrived to see if we could try urgent care side first with the option of transferring him to the emergency room side if it was decided that he needed x-rays or other more extensive exams. We were able to get a good report from the doctor and needed no more than an urgent care check up to go home. Doctor was so friendly and helpful and quick to diagnose. We're grateful for the kind and prompt attention we received and even more relieved to have been able to save ourselves the emergency room costs. Definitely will return in the future, if needed, and recommend to all of our family and friends.
