  I love this place! I've tried Barre, trampoline, and hammock classes and they're all amazing. I've mostly only taken class with Romney. She's great and always greets people by name, which is a lovely personal touch. If I lived closer I'd be here way more often. But I'll drive 20 minutes when I can fit their classes in my schedule.

  Despite the fact that I do not know how to put the shoe into the clip, nor do I apparently know my right from left-hand, G the most beautiful and amazing instructor is always very patient. Although I am very athletic I know nothing about yoga and Barre but that doesn't matter because everyone there makes you feel comfortable and at home. I encourage everyone to check out this amazing studio!

  A great workout that works every muscle in your body! Love the gals that teach! They are very encouraging and keep the energy going! Seeing results in my body is my favorite part!

  I’m new to cycling, but feeling wonderfully at home in this beautiful, immaculately clean studio. The staff could not be more accommodating, and the fast paced instruction ensures that I push myself to my limits and beyond. If you want to see results quickly, this is the place to go.

  Have always been a weight lifter focusing on strength. These types of workout intimidate me and are so challenging in the best way! Everyone has been so welcoming and all fitness levels are praised. I feel very comfortable here and am excited for the changes in my body to occur!
