(May 5, 2018, 7:42 pm)I love this store. Excellent customer service from Randy, Bennet and especially Mauricio. Great guys who are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. If you didn't like Sprint customer service before I strongly suggest you give these gentlemen a chance; they will change your mind about Sprint.

(February 2, 2018, 10:27 pm)I have to say I was BLOWN AWAY, by the superior customer service at this Sprint store. I am a long time Sprint customer, but lately have been a bit frustrated to say the least about several issues that I have had with my account. I went to this store expecting a tough time...but OMG....the exact opposite occurred. They listened and heard my concerns, addressed each and everyone of them; going above and beyond my expectations. I am truly impressed!!! The entire staff was awesome, but I have to give a big shout out to Randy and Eduardo. Top notch Service gentleman!!! Eduardo spent extra time with me to thoroughly answer all my questions. I can't say enough good things about him. THANKS again .
