“I was very pleasantly surprised by this dentist. I’ve had dental issues all my life and so I pretty much hate all dentists and can usually predict exactly how horribly each visit is going to go. But I have found myself so impressed with this office over and over again. I was having pain in a tooth that I’d just recently had worked on at another location so insurance wasn’t ready to pay for more work on the same tooth. Dr. Alexander ended up saving me hundreds of dollars on my crown by making a few phone calls for me (which she didn’t have to do, but I am so thankful that she did). Then she offered to upgrade my choice of crown type at no extra charge (which, again, she didn’t have to do). On top of that I was so impressed at their sense of urgency when I first told them I was having pain. In the past I have been in excruciating pain from a wisdom tooth and been told I would have to wait nearly a week to see the surgeon. At Rayford Modern Dentistry they basically asked me how SOON I wanted to get it fixed! The doctor didn’t pressure me to get any other work done either like most dentist do. And then to top it all off with how friendly the staff is… I can’t count how many times I was asked if I needed anything or if I wanted to watch TV during my time in the chair… I am just seriously impressed.”
