The ladder they had with them wasn't long enough, so they came back with a larger ladder and fixed the part that was broken. They showed me the part and explained everything well. “Coldest night in three years and we have a burst pipe and an unrelated water heater issue. Jan (if it is Jen I am so sorry...not good with names) had the knowledge to ask about the water heater issue and knew enough about the system to know ours was under warranty for the failure we were experiencing. She got us on the list and now at 12:33am someone is here working on our issues. It is stupid cold outside but they are here. Not enough words to express our gratitude for helping us.”

“Just trying to recover from hip surgery is hard enough. We needed some bathroom aids installed professionally and quickly, we searched the internet and found Bruce at Bathroom Safety Services. We made an appointment for the next day and Bruce showed up on time and listened to our concerns. He made a couple of suggestions and installed three safety grab bars in our toilet and shower areas. “Great service and beautiful Christmas lights! At first, the lights were not twinkling as ordered and the lighted ornaments were not hung the way I envisioned it. They came out right away to replace and rearrange everything. The cords were very secure and hidden. I couldn't even find the ones crossing my driveway for a few days! I was very happy with their service and desire to make things right. I also love that they have an electrician come install a dedicated control box for the lights. Felt safe. The office staff is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.”
