Just had a repair done by Perkins Preferred Roofing. My husband and I know little about roofing and thought we needed a new roof because we had another local roofer come out and inspect the roof and said the roof was too damaged to repair. We were shocked since the roof was only 10 years old. We decided to get a second opinion and thank goodness we did! Matthew the owner came out the same day we called and actually said the roof was in great shape besides the pipejacks that had been chewed up by a squirrel. It was a easy fix and we decided to replace all of the pipe jacks. Very happy and professional company!
Perkins Roofing was a referral from a friend / neighbor. Dealt directly with Matthew who was very responsive and professional throughout the whole transaction. Communication and scheduling updates were great. The end result is a highly satisfied homeowner. The job was completed in a very timely manner and they kept the yard and pool covered and clean. We just had a new designer roof installed with Perkins Preferred Roofing. We are very pleased with the result. We love our new roof. Matthew the owner helped us every step of the way. The work team completed installation in two days and we had no complaints. We have a large home. Overall, I would highly recommend Perkins Preferred Roofing.
We live in The Woodlands and contacted Matthew with Perkins Preferred Roofing about a leak we had in our roof. Several of our neighbors recommended them. We noticed a water stain on our ceiling on Christmas Day! We were so nervous about the extra expense of a new roof. Matthew came out the next morning and found that a tree limb had fallen and put a whole in our roof. The rest of the roof was in great condition. He showed us pictures of the damage which was very helpful. Matthew was able to get it repaired that day and it only cost $300! We were so happy with the finished work and the roof has not leaked again. Thank you again Perkins Roofing!
