  The staff is Amazing!
  
  These are great apartments and located in a great area. The Alexander Apartments "are a great place to call home". The maintenance and office staff are always friendly, The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise.
  
  The pool area is a nice place to relax, I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

  I've been living in these apartments for a few months & love it here! They are simple, clean, and affordable. The neighbors are all friendly and my son has made lots of friends. The pool, gym, basketball court, ect, are all nice and kept clean. All the amenities here are awesome! We especially love the pond! Parking can be hard to find nearby if you come in late, so we decided to pay for an assigned covered parking spot soon after we moved in. They include it in your bill each month, so it's super easy to keep up with. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants are with in minutes away & The Woodlands Mall is only about a 10 minute drive. I definitely recommend checking out these apartments!

  I moved in December 2018. I love this place. They have nice pool area. They also have nice gym, indoor volley ball practice area, kids playground and many more. The apartment is very nice wood flooring in kichen, living area and bathrooms. Bedrooms are carpet. I love this place and would suggest to move in here with family.

  After a wile out of the states, coming back to such a compound made me feel home all over again. The staff are professionals, as well as they are very nice. I wish I have more time in the states to spend in such an amazing community. Britney and the team THANK YOU very much.

  I waited to be living here for a couple of months before I posted any reviews to ensure it would be an honest one. Really this place is very good. Amenities are great, cleanliness is impeccable, apartments are comfortable. Maintenance service acts timely on requests. Brittany (Property Manager) has an incredible way of taking care of everything in a timely manner, I don't know how she's able to do it all. We are very happy here in Alexander,. The surrounding area is close to lots of restaurants, schools, grocery store, pharmacy, coffee and to I-45 and Hardy Toll Road.
  The only but is parking. I pay for 2 carports (reserved parking) with my rent, and even though there's a big sign at the entrance gate that covered parking are reserved at all times, I have had issues several times with other tenants taking one or even two of my reserved spots. Management has sent out friendly reminders of this situation to all, so I don't blame them, it's not their fault that this has happened (it has been mostly at night when office is closed) plus they have been very diligent in trying to make sure it doesn't become repetitive. Still, I thought it was necessary to give you a heads up on this, because is something that can happen to you too, if you get reserved parking, so beware.
  Besides that, again, awesome apartments, awesome amenities, very affordable, love the area and I do call this place my home. Definitely 100% recommended.
