Dr. Caitlin Timmons DC RN

I began having severe sacroiliac joint pain during my 2nd trimester. I had been on a waitlist for a prenatal physical therapist for weeks and couldn't wait any longer. As a scientist and researcher, I normally would not consider chiropractic treatment, which I'm mentioning just to show how impressed I truly am with Dr. Timmons. She's gentle, uses only techniques backed by legitimate unbiased research (she's trained in Webster and has a background in nursing as well), and starts my appointments with guided exercise from an equally gentle physical therapist (all at the same place, at no additional cost).

Today I asked Dr. Timmons if it was safe for my husband to massage me between appointments. Her response: yes and bring him with you next week so she can TEACH HIM HOW TO DO IT RIGHT, and have him practice until he's got it down. She's even going to show him massages to help with upcoming labor. Wow! That's a kindness and level of dedication to my well-being that I would never expect from any medical professional. Really touched my heart.

3 appointments in and I'm already feeling improvements in pain and range of motion. I should have scheduled with her weeks ago. Highly recommend.
