(November 10, 2018, 8:03 pm)I enjoy every session I have at Ritual 33 Pilates and adore Lauren & Kristen. They challenge you with the workouts while making it super fun. After reoccurring back pain from my scoliosis surgery, and many second opinions, I decided to give Pilates reformer/tower a try as suggested by multiple doctors. It was totally new and outside my comfort zone, but I’m so thankful that I started it. Lauren has been my trainer for 7-8 years now, and I frequently call her my healer. She’s helped me strengthen my core and work through my back issues, pregnancy, SI pain and other injuries (from running and lifting weights). It’s a joy to see her each session, and I’m excited to continue my killer sessions with her.

(November 9, 2018, 12:43 pm)On my first visit to Ritual 33 Pilates I was so out of my comfort zone, I almost turned around and went back home, so GLAD I did not! Best decision I've made for myself in years! I never thought anyone could combine fun with exercise but that is what Kristen and Lauren have achieved. If you're thinking about it "just do it" your mind and body will thank you. Two lovely ladies that give you special attention and most of all friendship!

Lauren and Kristen give you 100% of their time into being a valuable Pilates session - Quality Time. I also appreciate the on going coaching and how they correct me so I can do it correctly. I enjoy the gradual challenges and being introduced to all the different areas of Pilates, never a boring moment. It has been a great pleasure to attend Pilates at Ritual 33 Pilates. My body has been introduced to new movements and muscles I never knew I had. ( Plus their location is so cool - even have a Pokémon game machine in the lobby , if you get here early!). (October 29, 2018, 5:22 pm)Kristen and Lauren are awesome! Kristen always tailors my session to how my body is feeling. She can easily modify an exercise to fit your skill level. It’s never boring. She makes it FUN! I love working on the Wunda Chair, and the Pilates Arc as well as the Reformer...My body is getting stronger with every session. Thank you Kristen!
