(February 11, 2019, 8:39 pm)I had a very good experience with my cat's medical emergency here. They took her back right away for evaluation. We knew quickly what the diagnosis & what course of treatment was needed. She needed to remain hospitalized through the weekend. They let me call anytime for updates & let me visit with her in a private room during her stay. The Dr.'s & staff were very caring, & knowledgable. They were up front about costs. When We checked out to go to our regular vet on Monday morning, our medical records were already faxed to our regular vet & IV fluid/antibiotics I already paid for were sent with us to our vet. Excellent experience!

(January 22, 2019, 9:06 pm)They answered questions promptly and courteously and calmly on the phone, and encouraged me to come in with my sick dog for peace of mind. They did a quick exam and diagnosis and I was able to leave feeling better with the course of treatment that he was already on (for distemper). Thank you for your convenience and caring!

(November 27, 2018, 8:24 pm)Sadly, I had to visit this facility with a very sick dog. Everyone handled my sweet boy with love and care. I was devastated to learn how ill my German Shepherd was. The vet took his time explaining my dog’s lab work in a comprehensible way. I felt like I completely understood the whole picture. Unfortunately, I had to make the decision to put my boy to sleep. I’ve had to do this with different dogs and it’s never easy. I appreciate how genuine and caring everyone was. I’m sure they see a lot of dogs breathe their last breath, but I honestly feel like they were upset to deliver the news and carry out the procedure. As always, I stayed with my dog throughout the process. He gave me his whole life and he deserved to know I was there. I hope I never have to face another situation like this, but if I do, I know where I will go and where I will recommend others go.

(November 27, 2018, 6:14 pm)When my cat recently needed emergency surgery in the middle of the night, my wife and I quickly tried to find any place available. To our surprise, this place was one of the only urgent animal care centers open at nighttime in the Spring/Woodlands area. We hurried over and we were met with friendly, intelligent, and swift-acting staff. We had to leave our cat overnight for treatment and we rested easy knowing she was in great hands. When we brought her back for the follow-up stitches removal, once again we were welcomed with open arms and bright smiles. Hopefully our pets will stay healthy and we won't need to return anytime soon, but if any of our pets ever need emergency medical attention in the future we know exactly where are headed.
