(July 16, 2016, 12:14 pm)The prices are excellent and the professionals are very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Yes, you have to wait in line and it can take three weeks to receive your glasses (but I was told this up front), but unless you feel that you are "entitled" to instant service as some kind of birthright, this should not be a problem. I cannot imagine that the gentleman who works there would be rude, but it is possible that he may not have been sufficiently subservient in the eyes of that reviewer. If you want a good price for glasses and can tolerate a wait, come here. If not, go elsewhere and spend more money.

(June 13, 2016, 12:13 pm)I love this place. The "old man" is very knowledgeable and patient, and so is the lady who works there. They are very reasonable. I've used them many times. They are so much cheaper a small wait is worth it.
