(January 25, 2018, 1:09 pm)Spanish Schoolhouse is a wonderful Spanish immersion preschool. Our son has been there three years and we love that he loves going and comes home happy each and every day. This, for us, is an indication that he is in a good place. He is surrounded by love, which we know he shares with his teachers, while learning every day. He has learned his entire alphabet and can recite it in both English and Spanish, as well as write and recognize it. His math skills are also spot-on. SSH has managed to weave in academics in Spanish while appealing to our son’s interests. I speak Spanish, but not all the time and my husband doesn’t. Our son understands and can speak both. Speaking a second language aids a child’s development and is such a critical skill needed in the 21st century. SSH also does a great job in teaching the kids about different cultures and exposing the kids to the arts. The teachers are very hands on and work hard to ensure that all students do their best. Everyone is accepting no matter what one’s background is. The owner, Georgina, is very attentive, understanding and flexible. A question, concern or need is handled quickly and professionally. We love the education offered by the Spanish Schoolhouse and we are very happy and fortunate to have our son there.

(January 25, 2018, 12:31 pm)We love SSH. I have three kids and both my older sons attended Spanish Schoolhouse since they were 2 years old on through the private Kindergarten program. The teachers and caring staff are the best, and the language immersion is a bonus. Our youngest is almost old enough to join the SSH family next!

(October 9, 2012, 9:55 pm)My boys attended Spanish Schoolhouse in the Woodlands for 3 years. From the first day on, we were greeted with nothing but welcome arms, each and every day that we arrived. We chose SSH because we wanted our boys to have the opportunity to learn Spanish from a very young age, and this has proven to serve them very well in elementary school. Not only did they have a jump on academics, but their eyes were opened to a much more diverse culture than we could have otherwise provided them. The teacher turnover is extremely low, and the expectations for teachers are very high. We had several other daycare/school experiences in the Woodlands, and none compared to SSH. We are so thankful to have had this experience, and are thankful that we can look forward to rejoining the SSH family with our third child in the near future. A huge thanks to Georgina for putting her heart and soul into creating this an amazing school!
