All the nice features expected in a park in the Woodlands--children's playground, covered area with picnic benches and grills, plus a pool, fishing pond, tennis courts, basketball court, and skate park. Basketball court is kind of hard to find.
It's a very nice and pleasant place, they have an sky board court, lake for fishing, swings and even ducks to feed them, I love to go there for meditation and relax before 4 p.m when the kids are in the school because kids love to come and play in it.
Grew up in the area so I've seen the park grow beautifully over 25+ years. Lots to do there (play ground, trails, fishing ponds, tennis courts, basketball courts, skate/bike park, covered picnic area, right next to Creekwood Pool ) but definitely needs an update/upkeep and some attention.
Hands down the best pool around! New to the Woodlands area, this was our family’s first summer getting to enjoy the Township’s THIRTEEN area pools, with our mission to visit all of them. We unanimously agreed that Creekwood Pool outshined of all of them! While all the pools have their advantages, Creekwood has the perfect balance of fun and safety. Boasting with it’s 13 ft deep-end that includes a slide as well as a diving board, it has something for children and adults alike! The roped off lap lane is perfect for adult exercise or for children wanting to practice for swim team. The facility is always clean, including the bathrooms (no stepping in puddles of pee when you need to use the restroom ladies!). The lifeguards were always attentive and never, I mean NEVER, horsed around. They took their jobs very seriously, so parents can rest assured that their kids can swim safely. So safely that maybe the parents could even take a little siesta in the sun while the kiddos play ;) But here is the best part, it was never over-crowded! It had the perfect balance of just enough people there for your kids to play, but not enough people where you felt you couldn’t move in the pool. All in all, this pool earns it’s five star rating!
I love creekwood pool. It is the best pool in the township by far. One reason it is so great are the lifeguards. I think they are very good at their jobs and are fair enforcing rules. They have great customer service skills and seem to love their jobs. The facility is very clean and orderly, creating overall a great experience.
