My 4 year old had his first cleaning done here. As soon as he walked out the door he said, "That was so awesome!". His Hygienist made him feel comfortable and showed him every tool that she would be using before she started so he was not scared at all. Definitely a great experience!
Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Oh, and caters to big 44 y/o babies like me. Would highly recommend!
My whole family has loved Dr. Brown and his entire staff for years, and I refer all my friends there! We have always been seen in a timely manner, and his office is beautiful and clean. The prices are very much in line with other professionals offering the same services, and Dr. Brown and his staff make sure you are comfortable during procedures and you understand everything happening and all options available to you. I used to have anxiety at the dentist, but not with Dr. Brown. He is for sure one of the best in his field from what I have seen- and I shopped dentists for quite a while before I found his office. -Patient for Life
A good experience. Came back in for a crown fitting and a couple fillings. As usual a very pleasant welcome at the front desk. In the back the very busy staff took time to make sure everything was in place and got started right away. Dental Asst was sweet as ever and got the crown placed and ready for Dr. Brown to swoop in, put a dab of cement on the crown, and take credit for a job well done!! Just kidding Doc, Crown feels great. I can eat again. I am really impressed with the atmosphere at PCFD. Good job to all. (Five stars deserved...don't know if you can ever 'love' a dentist visit.)
My husband and I are newer to this practice but are extremely pleased and happy we made the switch from are former dentist. We had previously been left confused and frustrated by a dentist who recommended something different every time we visited and had an office/accounting staff that left us frustrated to say the least. At Panther Creek we are well cared for - they are professional and thorough but not pushing us toward unnecessary care or treatment. And the handling of the charges and payments has been seamless. We would recommend them to anyone.
