  We went in Friday because my toddler fell and hurt her wrist. I was very impressed with the level of care we received and the friendliness of the team that saw us. The doctor, nurses, and x-ray technician made my daughter feel at ease and actually took the time to explain things to me. Honestly, our experience there was better than the times I have gone my own GP’s office, and I have been going there for years. Our wait time was not long, and every time the doctor/nurse left the room they would explain where they were going and what the next step would be. Will definitely be going back here if we have another after-hours/weekend emergency or bone injury (our pediatrician, like many others in The Woodlands, does not have an x-ray machine, so going to urgent care was the quickest and least expensive way to determine if my toddler had a broken bone).

  Brought my daughter in due to extreme anemia and other unknown infections. I cant say enough about this hospital. Their so attentive and caring for their patients. Always checking in on us and coming to every call when needed. Thsi hospital is great. They informed me every step of the way , updated me on progress , just kept me posted on everything as it came available. I'm so thankful for them saving my daughters life . There's been a whole team working day and night to heal her body and with lots of prayer and the work of this amazing staff she is currently doing so much better. I'm truly grateful for all their hard work at Texas children's hospital

  I wanted to write a review based on our experience last night since most people tend to write a review if their experience was bad. Yes, there was a wait. It wasn’t crazy long but maybe 45 minutes to get in the room and then another 45 to see the doctor. But after we met the doctor, I understood why. Dr Henry took the time to listen to all of our concerns and went above and beyond in testing our 7 month old. I’ve taken our 3 year old to many urgent cares over the past few years and they’ve never been as thorough as Dr Henry was. The nurses were excellent as well! I would wait a long time just for the peace of mind they gave us!

  Excellent customer service all around; and not a bad wait time at all. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly.
  
  It’s Thursday 3/21 and we arrived around 9:30pm, and left there around 10:30 pm; very comfortable wait. Lobby was very clean, and kid friendly; front desk was very organized.
  
  2 amazing ladies were at the front desk, and they very helpful; they offered a beverage or snack while we waited; they smiling faces and actually cared about our 1-1/2 year old.
  
  Vitals were quick and easy, and the nice African American lady was excellent, patient, and caring with my son and us.
  
  We got into a room; it was clean, and we felt comfortable in there; very kid friendly. As we were waiting, a male staff member stopped by to let us know we were next up and offers us some water. It was nice hearing that because it answers the question in your mind of when am I going to be next, before you even ask.
  
  Dr. Ben was great; personable, friendly, and he made us feel like we’ve been friends for a while. He was patient with our crying 1-1/2 year old; carried himself like he had 15-20 years experience.
  
  I read through the other 1 star reviews, and I don’t doubt people were frustrated in the past; but I want the manager to know that it’s almost like they’re taking about a completely different place. It’s 12 past midnight and I’m typing this up because we had such a great experience.
  
  Thank you.. We will definitely be back.

  The waiting time was expected with how packed it was last night. Everyone leaving a bad review has too high of standards for an urgent care and should visit the ones I’ve been to.
  The staff was friendly, informative, and most of all; they were caring. This will be the only urgent care I will return to if the occasion ever rises.
  If the staff is reading this, my son and I absolutely applaud you! Thanks for doing so much!
