Stretch-Letes

I am a former Division 1 athlete with lots of wear and tear on my body. Nothing helps me more than going in for a good stretch treatment. He is extremely educated, helpful, and a overall good guy. I highly recommend giving this treatment a shot to anyone with stiffness or pain. I have gone several times and I notice a huge difference in the way my body feels when I go in regularly!

I worked 28 years in an office, sitting at a desk. When I started training regularly, I was far less flexible than a woman my age, especially the muscles in the general hip area/legs such as the glutes, hamstrings and hip flexors.

I currently strength train 4 times a week, with Spinn class 3 times a week; in spite of this, flexibility has continued to be a challenge for me. Self-stretching only goes so far, so I have been wondering how to break this barrier so to achieve further improvements on the training side.

I started Stretch-Lete sessions in early November 2021 with Seth as a therapist. I was pleasantly surprised by my first session. Seth is extremely personable and knowledgeable - he makes the customer feel comfortable, and always explains what he is going to do and why. Seth is also a seasoned practitioner - he can handle a wide body type & flexibility range. Seth can stretch me (slender build), a sturdy guy (like my husband), or… my yoga instructor! He knows how far to push each individual, always making sure not to exceed the point of diminishing returns and risk injury.

As of early March, I have noticed significant improvements in my posture and flexibility. As a result, I have been able to increase range of motion for several strength training exercises, such as lunges, squats, Romanian dead lifts, and even chest flys! Moreover, I can now handle 30 min of yoga every week. My husband has been noticing the improvement (especially the posture!) and now wants to try it for himself - the sincerest form of compliment…

Can’t say enough about Seth and Stretch-Letes.
My 14 yr old son plays football, baseball, and wrestled. He’s been plagued by nuisance injuries for years despite training with professional coaches. Stretch-Letes was the missing piece of the puzzle. We had tried other stretching businesses but they weren’t focused on the athlete’s specific needs. Seth played college football at the highest level so he knows exactly what my son was dealing with. We try to see him at least once a week as my son tells me “there is no way I could stretch myself like that”. Now that he’ll come to our location, it makes sessions super convenient. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable stretch therapist. Helps me stay flexible, and less sore. I really enjoy every session. I always feel relaxed and stress free after.
