The moment I called to make my first appointment I felt nothing but warm reception. When I called again, another day, right at closing I felt the same and was given time and patience. I was given Dr. Sikes' e-mail to direct my question, even though I was a new patient. She kindly responded to me in detail, and expressed genuine interest in meeting me for the first time. Now that I have had my appointment I can tell you my sentiments have not changed. The staff was kind, and Dr. Sikes was fantastic. While there was a long wait, it's important that everyone considering coming here know...ALL THE BEST THINGS ARE WORTH WAITING FOR. Dr. Sikes listens. She is not just there to pick and chose a diagnosis without getting to know you first. Yes, that takes time, but I sure appreciate the time spent showing such care to help me find the right diagnosis, so I can get on the correct treatment to better my life. Go here, have some patience; IT WILL BE WORTH IT.
