(August 7, 2022, 9:38 pm)The best Best Buy. I love their service. Geek Squad always has appointments available. The floor staff are awesome and knowledgeable. Eli took extra time to help us build our own computer system; making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.
(August 7, 2022, 12:08 am)Neil worked with us this evening answering all of our questions with patience and expertise. He walked us through addressing a refrigerator issue using geek squad. Then continued to educate and help us purchase our TV and even took the time to help us narrow down a sound system. We have shopped at best buy in the Woodlands for years and everyone has been helpful but never have we experienced the customer service that Neil offered tonight. We kept him there after closing as he continued to answer our questions with kindness and enthusiasm. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was shopping at a mom and pop shop and he was the owner. Thank you Neil!!!
