24 hour access. Storage for "stuff", cars, RV's.
They sometimes hold "garage" (type) sales on Saturdays - by the unit holders - with a decent variety of 'typical' garage sale items, also furniture if someone has some has some to sell.
Again - helpful staff - that care about the facility and who/what's in it ! -
