(November 12, 2019, 4:34 pm)With a freeze warning, I disconnected all the outside hoses in the morning but one spigot broke off flush with the external brick. With water gushing out of my home, I turned off the water and called Burke. They had technicians out that afternoon, diagnosed and fixed the issue while a nasty cold front moved in. Highly recommended!

(November 7, 2019, 12:12 pm)Gave a free estimate to install attic water heater overflow shutoff and shut off valves to dual heaters; recommended and completed critical service to extend life of water heaters. Patiently answered all questions and explained everything in detail. I was impressed that he deferred a minor sprinkler system repair to a lawn-sprinkler guy as simple and lower cost to us. Arrived on time and finished work promptly, very considerate and courteous. A family operation. I would be very confident to use them again
