  There is a new manager at this location and Jade is the best manager I have EVER dealt with at the Sprint in Willis. I almost gave up on going to this location. She was so happy to help me. She patiently explained how to use my phone. She also downloaded an app on my phone so I never lose the pictures of my grand babies. Overall amazing experience!!

  This Sprint store was very helpful and professional in helping me resolve an issue I had with my account. Jay was very professional and I would recommend my family and friend to this store.

  This store is like the chick fill a of phone stores lol the customer service was excellent. Hanna the manager is great but Jade (like the player on MK) was our rep and she did a heck of a job 5 stars

  I recently switched from Verizon to Sprint, I was very hesitant because I was with Verizon for many years. Well that all changed after speaking with Eric on the phone initially, he put me at ease about the plans and service. I made the decision to go into the store in Willis. I don't regret a moment due to Eric, he did more than his job, and I'm thankful for the great experience he gave me. It's been over a month and I have no complaints. Eric, thank you. I would recommend anyone to you. Lastly, I consider you a friend now. Best service ever!! Thanks

  The people at this store are THE most patient, informative and helpful folks EVER! I hate Sprint! But I walk into this store and am treated like I own the place. They managed to save me a lot of money on my monthly bill! Even calling into sprint didn’t help but these folks did! I would recommend this store to EVERYONE!!
