  Lake Conroe RV & Camping was a different experience for me. Obviously, my thought was there would be a small cluster of cabins and the RV’s would be elsewhere. Don’t get me wrong, the motor homes were beautiful, but it was all mixed together. There was plenty of fun things to do but for me it was a little disappointing. The cabins were small and compact but very clean and efficient. I just didn’t like walking through the behemoth RV’s to get to another cabin.

  Very nice amenities - pool, courts, mini golf, etc. Restroom/bathhouse very clean. Sites a little close together and too little shade. A lot of long-term, permanent RVs so can be hard to find a good site. Good lake access but it's pretty far from most sites. Staff is helpful and friendly.

  Very nice if you like resort camping with amenities. Well kept and clean pool and grounds. Easy to get to. Can be very crowded. Easy to get to town for shopping or movies.

Lake Conroe is a very nice place to RV. They have cabins too but I did not see inside those. They looked newer from the outside. "Not hotel. It's a camping resort. Must have reservation. Get there as early as you can because everyone gets to choose their own site."
