Bank of America wasn't able to fix our account over the phone and so we were directed to visit a branch. The branch wasn't able to fix the issue either. The issue is a feature they have turned on but can't find a way to turn it off without closing out the account and opening a new one. The parking lot is a little cramped having only one direction to exit.”
