I needed a new battery terminal and went to see if they had one, they didn't have the exact one i needed but the guy told me that they had one i could crimp myself since my terminal had two ground connectors, i crimped it in store with the guys help and he even offered me the tools they had instore and when the bolt wouldn't budged loosend it up for me. Evan 's courteous demeanor let me know what I needed to do for my state inspection and an oil change. Wow! What a team of Take 5 guys who not only honored my $5.00 coupon but gave me another coupon for my oil change. While I was sitting in my Ford they washed my windshield,did a point check on my air filter, and aired up my tires. I did not have to ask them to do this for me .Tommy was honest and said your air filter is OK so you can go a bit longer without a replacement. No pressure sales on auto parts. When I brought my vehicle to Valvoline in Conroe it was a completely different experience. The location is family owned and operated. The level of professionalism was impressive. The attention to every detail was appreciated. After the oil change, I was brought the dip stick and shown that the level of the oil was full. I don't think that I have ever seen this level of service anywhere else.
