If your experience is positive it’s often chalked up to this ideology that people are supposed to feel better or get what ails them fixed as a result of a physician visit or a procedure. Then the second something is tough or the patient feels uncomfortable it’s time to write a negative review. The positive experiences commonly don’t get noticed. I recently underwent a surgical procedure with Dr. Muscat. Every exposure to this physician group has been an extremely positive experience. The front office staff remedied concerns revolving around insurance coverage. They went out of their way to keep me informed. Throughout the procedure, every encounter with every member of the staff was highly professional and they go out of their way to ensure the patient is comfortable. I had a clear expectation of everything I was going through. Most importantly, just a couple of days out of surgery, I could tell my injury had vastly improved. This is a great office and a great Doctor. Thanks for everything!”

He gets down to the core issue and resolves accordingly. I switched docs from leach to Stanley because I was a busy working mom and Leach would suggest, “let’s see if this will go away with out antibiotics on its own” and me at the time didn’t want to have to miss work again if it didn’t go away. I was caught in the rat race, and that is a big regret I have. I should have never switched docs, I am now back with Leach about 5 years later. Stanley retired but I was switching anyway. I quit that job that never let me take off work. And I should have never changed from the beginning. Leach is just as caring and knowledgeable as the first time. After being with Stanley a doc that really didn’t care about getting to the source of the issue with my children, I greatly appreciate Dr Leach, he is a gem and it’s hard to find good doctors that will actually care about our children and their work.”

“Not sure why this doctor has such low scores, he was great. The nurses were great as well on our visit. He explained everything to me, he asked questions to verify, he seems really knowledgeable. Overall a great experience. From previous reviews I see that they say they don’t go over test results or lab results, that’s because they have it on the online portal, just like all other doctors and places do. If you have questions, (just like I did) I called the nurse Bernadette I believe was her name, she was amazing and answered the questions of what some stuff on our results. Like I said, overall a great experience with this office. Thanks for all the work y’all all do. It is greatly appreciated.”
