“We have lived here coming up to a year next month. Of all the places we looked this was the one we chose at last minute and we have not regretted it since. Yes they do background checks and charge you but if you have nothing to hide than you wouldn't have a issue with that because some of the RV parks we looked at it was clear they did not do background checks and they were trashed. The owner takes good care of the property and is constantly working on it to keep it nice, clean and comfortable for short term and long term RV'ers. Manager is awesome, informative on RV's and helpful on issues that arise. They are very strict on their rules and anyone violating the simple rules put in place are out. We love this because it is very quiet and very safe and there are no shenanigans going on. The only negative thing I can say is we do not receive mail there. Otherwise, perfect place, perfect cost. You pay lot and electric with that you don't pay for water or sewage. You get free cable and wifi. Pool area is set up beautifully and you can swim, BBQ and play music. They also have a fishing pond.”

“Their technicians are true technicians. They can rewire anything. It gets done right the first time, every time. Diagnostic seemed high but when all of our appliances went on strike around the same time, they gave us a great break on the diagnostic fees and were willing to receive payment from our warranty company when it was such a high total (previous home owners left us Viking appliances, ridiculously expensive, not Bar's fault the parts were costly). That said, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for *any* appliance needs. Don't pay multiple people to come out, just pay once and know it is actually fixed!”

“I had a definite urgent care matter today, and I walked in. Everything was clean & neat with friendly & concerned greetings. I had not been there before, but the paperwork was very minimal. They told me the base cost upfront + whatever additional charges would be needed. I knew this would all be out of pocket (since my deductible hadn’t really been touched this year) and the base was very reasonable. There was very little wait, even though there was a steady stream of customers while I was there. I went in to go through my vitals, and the nurse/assistant was very friendly & polite, even while I was having some difficulty thinking through the pain. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes of that. She was also extremely friendly and listened while I explained what was going on.she recommended a quick set of treatments for both my issues (wholly appropriate). After my shot, they kept me there for an extra 2 minutes to make sure I didn’t react badly. They called on my Rx’s and I went straight there to get them. And my final price was only $20 over the base cost. Overall, this is a great facility and I will not hesitate to go back if I need them. They even have bottled water & flavored kcup coffee if desired.”
