These folks held my hand every step of the way and I am not yet convinced they have seen the last of me. They were patient (CRUCIAL), knowledgeable, and professional. And they were friendly too! I actually felt like they VALUED my business- we don't see much of that these days so when people do that they might as well be as tall as I am. Thelma needs more money. The other two guys that helped me need some too ( i got hit in the head a lot under the boards when I was younger so sometimes names evade me- sorry). 5 stars because there is nothing higher to give them. I am not sure the program I am on is the cheapest in the cell phone game, but superior customer service that includes face to face interaction with other human beings is worth something to me...... I will find a way to send people over there. Thanks again.”

“The parking and wait were excellent. The table needed some attention. There was clearly some spots where the finish had worn bare. The service was absolutely excellent and quick. The crab rangoons are some of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately some if the shrimp tempura in my sushi was not peeled properly and three pieces had a good bit of tail left on them. All in all it was good and I will give it another try.”

“The food is amazing I have literally no complaints about that whatsoever. However, I do have a small complaint about one waitress working here. She is an elderly lady and she is kinda rude. My mother took one bite out of my salad to taste it and the old woman said “that’s gonna cost you extra”. There are 6 people at the table that all ordered unlimited salad and bread sticks and she wants to charge my mother for taking a bite out of a salad when we all have UNLIMITED salad?! That doesn’t make sense. No other worker cares about things like that. She takes her job too seriously and it can be frustrating. This place is amazing otherwise.”

“I decided to come here the other day to look for an inexpensive cowboy hat for the rodeo. My love affair with the American West and the cowboy lifestyle has been preceded by my life as a city boy, so I feel out of place when I walk into a western wear store. Couple that with I haven't owned a cowboy hat in probably 30 or 40 years, so I didn't really know what I was looking for and I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money and I did know that it can be very expensive to get western wear. I actually found a hat that I liked and the price tag was $24.99 I think. The guy there said go pay for the front and bring it back and he would shape it for me. When I got up to the front it rang up at a discount I want to say it was 20% so with tax I got the hat for $21 or $22 and some change. So of course I was very satisfied since I don't always wear a cowboy hat. Then I went back and got my hat shaped very quickly very satisfied. Then I found a nice pearl snap shirt that was also on sale and went back up to the front and bought that as well. When you check out the ask if someone helped you. I told him no for the shirt but yes for the hat, and he was apologetic that no one helped me find the shirt, but I knew what I was looking for and it was fine I told him I was appreciative of the help with my hat. This is a store with a lot of things to choose from and it can be expensive. Most of the shirts that I saw were the $50 range and I paid less than half of that for my shirt. I wanted to look at boots but I didn't because I knew I didn't have an extra hundred plus dollars which is at least what I would've had to pay to get something decent. Overall very satisfied with customer service and selection and price. I will be back again.”

“Weng's Wok has great food but I feel like it is very expensive compared to other places. Their order-taker on the phone comes off as very rude and short with you, but it does not bother me because I understand where he comes from that is just how they do business, and I kind of enjoy that to be honest. It is a no BS situation so take it with a grain of salt, and do not be offended. That is simply a how he is, it is not intended to be that. The reason I took one star off is because of the price, I feel like I cannot order a lunch for two people with a side order added, without spending fifty or more dollars. While their food is definitely a step above the local Asian buffets, I sometimes do not feel is worth twice the price for half the food.”

Except I went to the counter with two dresses that still had tags and I was able to tell them which card I used to buy them. It took probably 10-15 minutes but the employees found it for me in their system, even after I told them not to worry about it and I got a full refund.”
