“This location is always very clean with quick and good service and great food. My one complaint would be that one time I went in right around dinner time and they were out of tomatoes, and the person seemed bothered when I asked if they would cut some more. He told me it would take 20 minutes so I told him not to worry about it, and I cut my own Tomatoes when I got home in less than 5 minutes. That was only one visit out of many so I won't knock a star off of my review. I would definitely recommend the subway Club on flatbread.”

“Help when its needed. When you think of a Good ol' Boy network I have to agree, these guys fit the bill. My trailer broke its axle due to the rough construction curbs and potholes here in Houston. Dale evaluated and took the time to talk to me about what I use the trailer for, what kind of loads I haul, how I place them on the trailer. We came to an agreement to beef up the axle but install more responsive leaf springs that will work with they fragile loads I carry. Could not be more impressed. Now I understand why this place has been around for over 50years! great service!”

“I have been fighting with the branch near Conroe high. I had had numerous face to face along with phone calls explaining exactly what I needed. For months the manager at that branch ignored my request and just brushed me off because she didn't want to fix the problems she made due to her ignoring my request. I finally decided to go to another branch. When I did, Crystal McCarter, listened and immediately knew what I was meaning and knew exactly what needed done. She changed my account and even tried to fix the last ladies mistakes. Crystal remained calm even when I got agitated and she made sure to explain everything in great detail so someone without a banking background would understand. During all this process 2 of my kids were with me. Closer to the end, even tho it wasn't her job, Mrs. Gayle Avenell saw my kids getting restless and she saved the day with suckers! All in all, this branch dealt with a highly upset lady due to the other branches manager and they saved the bank from losing a 6 year account holder. So thank you Crystal for treating me like an actual human instead of a number!!”

He helped an elderly gentleman at the register in front of me with a scammer who was trying to take advantage of him over the phone to buy gift cards. Everyone there applauded when he asked to speak to the guy on the other end of the phone trying to run the scam and he shut the guy down. We need more people like William in the world.”
