She always responds in a timely manner when scheduling appointments and it’s an easy process since she is very understanding and accommodating to your schedule. “My Mother and I can NOT thank them enough, after breaking down across town from home. From the impressive timeliness of the driver and his helper, professionalism and pricing, to listening to my Mother’s wishes and parking the car at the drop point in the EXACT place my Mother requested, since we were across town securing a rental car and weren’t able to be there. The wonderful lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and calmed my Mother down when she was worried the rental car company would arrive before they would. We will DEFINITELY be calling them in the future if the need should arise and will recommend them to any and everyone.”

“My ac wasn’t working I took it to Allen’s and they got it fixed. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. I shopped around and everyone wanted $60-$80 just to see what the problem was. They only charged me for the work and parts they used. Again, they were reasonably priced I would highly recommend them. On a sidenote the mechanic had to fabricate his own tool just to get to seized bolt out. I was impressed. Most places would of found a way to charge more. They did not!”

“Good and honest, locally owned tire store! Took my car in because I had a screw in my tire. I had already been told, by one of the big chain stores, that my tire needed to be replaced. The guy at Tire 29, said he would take a look at it. He jacked it up took off the tire and proceeded to pull out the screw. It happened to be much shorter than we both thought and never punctured my tire. The guy checked to make sure my tire was not leaking, it was not. He put the tire back on and charged me $5.00 for his service. Place doesn't look that great from the street but good customer service makes up for that. Give them a try!”
