“My husband and I were looking for a new home in The Woodlands for our family. We are new to the area. I had an appointment to visit the Grand estates with Ronda. She was awesome and showed me all around the property and gave me lots of information about the area(school, fun, etc). I was also interested in The Mansions on the Park next door(the sister property). So she took me next door and gave me a tour of the property as well. I ended up going with The Mansions, but really liked The Grand Estates too. It was just a better fit for my family. I give Ronda a 10. She was so nice and welcoming. We have now lived here almost a month and I love it! There are so many amenities for adults and kids. I would definitely recommend either property if you are looking for a new home!????”
