“We booked a block of rooms here for our wedding back in January and we absolutely loved it! The staff was wonderful and very helpful through the entire process. We used the shuttle service to take our guests to and from our venue, and they were always on time and available throughout the night. The rooms were very clean and nice, and everyone raved about the fancy showers! Our room was even upgraded to the honeymoon suite, which was decorated head to toe for us newlyweds. “The electricity was out when I arrived here due to California's mismanagement of the power grid. But the concierge did everything to accommodate Me by even giving me some candles to help keep my room lit. He was very nice and actually sounded like he was expecting my arrival as well as my co-workers arrival. The power came on just a mere 45 minutes after I checked in and was able to cool the room down and sleep well. The next morning the concierge was also a very gracious person and was able to answer any of my questions. This is also a place where you would see people traveling from point A to point B or working in the area. Many people were using the pool which is also a nice feature. I really like the Best Western franchise because it is an in-between the luxury and budget hotel.”
