  Errol was phenomenal. He was on time, professional, and did a thorough job. He went the extra step to call the manufacturer of my appliance to help me get it repaired. It is so nice to have that level of customer service. I wouldn’t have anyone else do electrical work in my business. I highly recommend Errol and Hoffman Electrical and AC.   I received a text that James Bryant was on the way with his picture so I knew who to expect at my front door. Smart and I like that. James was very professional courteous and provided options for me that helped me save a few bucks. I will use Hoffman again, Lastly Monday morning I made an appointment for Wednesday because it was the earliest they had. 2 hours later that Monday I got a call stating they had a technician in the area that finished up early and would I like them to stop by. Needless to say I was very pleased. That may not happen with everyone but it speaks to the efficiency of the back office and they do care about the customer. Great Job.

  Mike, JD, and Amber were all amazing to deal with. Hoffman coordinated with Duke Energy to move my electrical wires underground. They were attentive from the beginning to the end. The contracted price didn't change and the work was performed to perfection by professionals. I couldn't ask for a better experience than what Hoffman Electrical delivered. They now have a customer for life. That is true customer service and I appreciate them greatly. Thank you, Glenn

  Great service. Hector my technician was neat and very personable. JD, the service supervisor called me back promptly to discuss my bill.
  The charge structure is confusing as there is a separate charge for the service call, even if you agree to have them do the work. Usually when you have the service done at the time of the estimate, that service charge is dropped.
  Hoffman charges by the job, not by the hour. So for instance installing a light fixture is $166 but then there is a $50 labor charge on top of that. The Supervisor explained that the $50 labor charge is for a second person on the job, which I didn’t have, so I was refunded that fee.
  The company also has a Club Membership. For $119/yr you will receive a 15% discount and will not be charged the $49 service call. Since I will be needing an electrician for more light fixtures next year when we re-do two bathrooms, I opted to join. The discount was applied to my current bill which offset most of the membership fee.
  I really liked the software they have that texts you a picture and a little history about the technician that will be coming to your house. This is especially important for single ladies, as you feel more secure letting a stranger in your home.

  First contacted this company for electrical services and was not disappointed. The electrician who came was very polite informative and knowledgeable about his craft. Was quick and very efficient..the service charge was very reasonable. I had another worker come out to service check my AC and he also was very nice informative and knowledgeable about his craft. His name was Mike and he was very nice and professional. Friendly and even with a mask on I can see a smile. I truly appreciate the recommendations he gave on how to move forward.
  Since picking up the phone and calling Hoffman for their services i have not been disappointed as even the office employees are nice and professional. Would recommend them to everyone needing electric and Ac work.
