  Very helpful and personal. If you want to get dance wear and are not sure what to get, this is the place to go. They helped explain what we needed and even ordered special shoes to fit better.

  Was not sure about going here because of the reviews, but did because of being in a time crunch.
  
  And I can say I am glad I did!
  The older couple that have the store were so sweet and very helpful. The store had a wide selection of shoes and apparel and were very reasonably priced. Will definitely return to purchase more in the future. So glad I didnt order online. the lady sized my daughter and got the right fit and it was definatly not the size I would have ordered.
  I never write reviews but since the reviews almost turned me away I knew I just had to share my experience.

  My daughter and I had the greatest experience at Action on Stage. We were greeted by a very kind couple that helped custom fit my daughter for a pair of ballet slippers and jazz shoes. We also purchased leotards and tights. Everything was good quality and reasonably priced. The customer service was first class. If you are looking for dance gear I would definitely recommend Action on Stage!

  At first glance you wouldn't think this place was all that great, I admit the location isn't exactly wonderful and from other reviews its painted pretty badly. I was very skeptical when we first walked in with my little girl as we are preparing her for her first ballet class. The owners are very straight forward people and may feel intimidating, but you should not judge a book by its cover they know exactly what they are doing! At first I picked out the outfit for my daughter it was too small the Older woman working there was quick to get me one that fit just perfect, she knew what size tights she needed. When it came to the shoes I was slightly worried my three year old would run around going crazy, but she listened to the woman and sat still and tried on several shoes to make sure we had the right fit. Once we found the right ones my daughter did a dance and showed her how she was ready for Ballet and thanked her. For the price and the wonderful service I believe this store should be given a chance. I would definitely return to this store and recommend it.
