  I had always been a Loyal Ram Truck Owner for the past 30 yrs or so. Once I started having issues with the DEF system on my 2018 2500 for the 2nd time, I decided to look into the Ford Super Duty line. I walked into the Auto Nation Ford Dealership on SPID and meet up with Eric Perez. I started visiting with Eric in November 2018 about the Ford Super Duty trucks. Since the items that we wanted in in my new truck were limited during that time of the model year, he recommended I build my truck to my specs. With the holidays Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year it probably would take 4 months to get my new truck built. So we decided to wait till after the new year 2019 to see what was available. I finally walked back in to talk with Eric mid to late Dec 2019 again about getting me a new truck. We talked for several weeks until a F250 was decided on. They gave me an Awesome trade in allowance that I could upgrade into the Lariat trim package. I have always wanted a truck with the twin panel moon roof but really couldn't afford it. Eric noticed that I was getting discouraged due to the fact that the only dealership that had the color and features I wanted in the Lariat trim package was a dealership outside of San Antonio, not only did they have 1 they had two of them. Immediately Eric saw our excitement and asked if I wanted that truck so he could get with Zeke Perez another down to earth kinda guy to work with that other Ford Dealership outside of San Antonio to get us that truck. The following day that dealership didn't want to trade the bluejean truck so we agreed to get the other Lariat that was Red in color that was also on their lot. So we waited a day or so and they didn't want to trade that one either!! So discouraging! Shame on that dealership.... So it was back to a white or black F250 Lariat that Eric had on his lot. We were so discouraged that we were deciding to stay in my 2018 Ram. The next day a 2019 F250 Lariat gasoline truck had just been traded in with 9500 miles and Eric called me right away to give me the news about the truck. When he told me it has extremely low miles and the owner had made upgrades to the truck, I got excited! The following day the truck was traded in and in his possession, he had the truck detailed and sent me pictures. The color is called Silver Spruce. Not a color I was expecting but it had all the features I wanted except the twin panel moon roof. :( We took it on a test drive and we knew it was the truck we had been waiting for! Eric Perez was a down to earth salesman, not pushy and really cared about what we wanted. Zeke Perez is also another person I'd like to commend along with Daniel Ronje the Finance Director, he was another guy Id like to commend!! I would highly recommend Eric Perez to get you into your next vehicle. Thanks to them I am now a PROUD Ford F-250 Lariat truck.
